If you've visited our website you'll know that we don't think you need to spend a lot of money to have fun with your kids. In fact, you're probably like us, and many of your happiest memories with your own parents revolved around simple things decorating for holidays, building sandcastles and singing around campfires.

We have been enjoying their Summertime Games, Recipes and Party ideas. Summer Recipes has a variety of easy dishes. The basic categories are Sides & Snacks, Grilled Foods and Main Course Salads. The recipes have star ratings, and there are always recipes designed to appeal to finicky eaters. Not that we have any of those in our houses!

Summertime is party time. The party ideas at Family Fun are focused at children and families (go figure). Elegant evenings these are not. Fun they are. If you choose to host a Tie Dye Fest or a Carnival Party, Family Fun will itemize everything you need and give you directions for making the props.
