high tech plus low tech artwork

Computers and clay - an unlikely combination? Not in the creative studios of Yosoh (www.yosoh.com), where images we see in daily life are manipulated and morph into artwork for display or for everyday use.

By day, Scott Rench works as

an Art Director at a Chicago advertising agency and he uses the computer to create a myriad of advertising elements.  By night (and in his spare time), he creates beautiful clay pieces using many of the same images he was exposed to during the day. You may contact him for information on purchasing the work on the site. Some pieces are available for online purchase on the site.

The Yosoh website not only sells his artwork - it also takes you through a step-by-step process on how the pieces are made.  You can also see examples of Scott's ad work and see how he covers his rent.

There is a huge 50% off sale going on in the Yosoh online

store right now. Some of the pieces have already been sold, and we don't know how long it will last. We recommend you check it out sooner rather than later!
