Vincon (www.vincon.com) is a store that we could only take advantage of now - using the reach of the internet. Vincon is based in Barcelona and Madrid - think European style and verve. They say that they sell contemporary design products for the home, but they define the home pretty broadly. From red or black toilet paper (imagine the surprise!) to | felt shoes to furniture, Vincon sells a lot of products, and products that we don't see on this side of the Atlantic.
To get started on this site, try the Best Sellers or the New Products. Because of the way the website is set up, we can't link you to the specific products we're mentioning - so frustrating! So you'll just have to browse for yourself.

In kitchen gadgets alone - well, aside from the ordinary peelers, they also have been peelers, tomato peelers and an intriguingly-named extractor peeler. Because Vincon is in Spain, the shipping charges are pretty steep. If you live in Barcelona, delivery is free. Unfortunately, we don't live in Barcelona. The best thing might be to get together with some friends and put in a large order, splitting the shipping. We'll warn you - if you spend enough time shopping the Vincon site, you may just end up with a giant order all by yourself.
