Super Bowl Sunday (February 4) is coming upon us, and many of us may choose to have a Super Bowl party. Your Girlfriends are all for parties, but one us is a real football fan, and one of is . . . well . . . is not. Entertaining two distinct groups, the fans and the non-fans, can be a trick.  This year, how about having a Foot Ball? A Foot Ball has something for the

football fans - the Super Bowl. It also has something for the non-fans - pedicures. Get it? Foot Ball? Right!

The Football part of the party is traditional. This is one of the easiest parties to throw. Stock up on beers and sodas. Indulge in high-fat snack foods. Different kinds of chips, maybe some onion-soup dip. How about Knorr's famous spinach dip? Here's a tip from Alex.

Never, under any circumstances, use canned spinach in this dip. Ewww. This dip is great served with any crunchy vegetable. A big sandwich made of an entire loaf of bread is easy and fun, too. We have recipes for a roast beef and provolone sandwich and an eggplant, ham and mozzarella sandwich here, but you can make one with whatever sounds good to you. Just hollow out most of a loaf of bread, stack the good stuff inside, weight the loaf down and keep it in the fridge until the party.

The Foot Ball? This can be as simple or fancy as you choose. Set up tunes or romantic movies in another room. Maybe something with Cary Grant. Make sure you have appealing drinks set up for the Foot Ball, also. At the most economical level, you can lay in the supplies and do each other's feet. To add a little more expense and luxury, you can hire a

This year, host a party for the fans and the rest of us. I mean them. A Foot Ball will make you a legend in your own time. Just be sure to invite us.
